Reading this late, catching up. I like saving some up for when I need to laugh and be cheered up—sorry, not sorry. I call my mother “mom” to her face, and when I’m talking about her i’ll say, my mother did this or that,” but we had/have a very warm relationship. My daughter, who is 21, calls me mommy and always has. I love that—we also have a super close relationship. She tells me way too much😣, always has, but I’m so happy it isn’t the other way around. I was the same with my mother and now I realize how she must have felt when I “went there.” Hilaria -yuck—she’s also such a bitch to Alec. As my friend would say, “her p must be able to shuffle a deck of cards, because it sure the hell isn’t her personality.”🙈🤣
When I’m talking to my mom, I call her mom. But when I’m talking to my sisters about our mom, I’ll say mommy. Go figure.
I do that too!! 🤣
